According to that report the victims' families have copyright over Hale's writings, which is why they could not be released. Not a copyright expert, but I have never heard of that happening before.
I guess the aim is that is stops the document being used in ways the families would not approve of, but the unintended consequence is that the public might never read it, which seems wrong for a criminal investigation.
If the state of tennessee owned the copyright, but released it to the press, that would to me be a better solution than allowing the families to be the gatekeeper.
I believe this is the discussion between Robin Moira white and Andrew Doyle you discussed. it was following the Cass Review. I have timestamped the section I think you were referring to., where he ignores the obvious trend in order to focus on an almost irrelevant blip.
I applaud him for actually turning up to defend his views, muddled though they are.
It's worth going to watch Free Speech Nation being filmed. Tickets are free and there are free drinks and snacks (the wine tends to get snaffled pretty quickly though). It's quite fun for a Sunday evening. Though I would not advise Jack to travel from Manchester, if you can get to Paddington in under an hour it is worth it. https://sroaudiences.com/ for tickets.

Have you seen the Wings Over Scotland piece on Scotland? He says the SG have accepted the findings of their own review into the implications of Cass for Scotland. Your link to the Record says this too, although the wording of the press report obscures this distinction.-or it isn't clear on first reading, at least If Wings is correct, then there is not much to celebrate here.
Yes. It seems on this issue the green tail has not entirely been wagging the blue dog. The sooner the Scots get the opportunity to vote them out, the better.
I am not Scottish and am therefore a Yoon. However I would take an independent Scotland run by Alba rather than what the SG is doing at the moment. Alex Salmond is fine compared to the alternatives!
Audrey Hale's Syd was most likely a young lady called Sydney Sims,. who died in a traffic collision.

Thank you for the information. What a sad story about Syd.
I'll have to have a look and see. I was under the impression that the report had recommended Cass be implemented.
I think SG briefings have been fudged to give that impression.

He has been on a couple of times, also to discuss the WPATH files.
